Logan needed a bath after getting peanut butter all over in his hair.

These pictures were of the night before the peanut butter mess. He didn't want me to feed him his rice so, as you can tell, he is feeding himself. :)

Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. My family sure did. Logan was so spoiled this December (with his birthday being two weeks before Christmas and all). He doesn't need clothes, toys or anything ever again it seems like!! ;)


I had Logan sitting on our coffee table where the tree is and I was nervous the whole time that he was going to fall. He has such weird looks on his face with both of these pictures.

My Poor Baby!!

I took Logan to see the doc on Dec 14th for his 12 month check up and of course he had to get a few shots :( I was told that the affects from the Chickenpox shot and the MMR shot will show up in a few days and probably cause a fever. My poor kid didn't react good to it at all. He is finally feeling better after being sick since Saturday (this is the first time he's ever been sick so it has been rough on Ryan and I). I will be finally going back to work since I ended up getting sick because of lack of sleep. Having a sick child sucks. :( He's back to his normal screaming self :)

Logan's 1st Thanksgiving. Here are some pics I took of him in the morning. I meant to take pictures of him at both Thanksgiving feasts (we went to Ryan's mom's the first part of the day and then my Aunt's), but completely spaced it.

Say Cheese!!

I had to share this picture. I gave Logan a bath yesterday morning and spiked up his hair. I couldn't leave him alone in the tub so I scooped him up, grabbed the camera and set him on our spare bed. I got the funniest smile from him. I can't stop laughing everytime I see this picture.

My Little Pumpkin!

I'm excited to announce....

Carl and Shellie (Ryan's brother and his wife) found out this past Tuesday what they are having. To their shock and surprise, they are expecting TWIN GIRLS! My niece Taeler is so happy while my nephew Daegan is very upset because he was hoping to have a little brother so he could name him Elvis :P I'm excited to have two new nieces around February.

Funny Boy!

It's kinds hard to tell what Logan is doing here so I'll explain. He is in his playard and he thinks it's funny to press his face against the side and lick the side. What a dork! It is pretty funny though!! :)

Logan's 9 Month Appt.

Logan had his 9 month appointment yesterday. The doctor is very pleased with him except for his weight. He is a little bit underweight (even though he eats like crazy!). He weighed in at 14 lbs. 4 oz. when he should be around 17 lbs for his age. He is exactly where he should be for length and head circum. I can't believe my baby is 9 months old!!

Yay! I'm excited!

I am very excited to be starting back up at my old job on Monday. I'll be working back as a Laboratory Technician 1 and will work from 5 pm until 9 pm Mon through Fri. Yay!! Ryan and I will go back to not really seeing each other during the week (which we've done before) but we'll have our weekends together.

I'm so proud of my boy.

He just went through 4 hours of reconstructive surgery and is doing great. We got home around 2:30 pm today after being at the hospital since 5:45 am. Logan still has one more surgery to go that will probably be done around January. He ended up having more issues then what we or the doctors thought. He did awesome!!

Logan's Surgery

Hi everyone,
Logan's surgery is at 7 am tomorrow morning. We have to check in at 6 am :P His surgery will take about 3 hours long. Hopefully we'll be home by noon or 1 pm. I will update this as soon as I hear from Primary Children's when Logan's surgery is tomorrow. I can't believe it is here already. Time flies by fast. Wish us luck!!

Logan's Surgery

Hi everyone! So Logan's surgery is in a couple of weeks and I'm not looking forward to it. I just don't want him to be hurting even though I know he will for a while. He's a trooper so I know he'll do fine. I'll keep you all updated on how he is doing when his surgery is done. He goes in on August 7th. We still don't know what time yet. The docs office will call me the day before.

Logan's Surgery

I scheduled Logan's Surgery. It will be August 7th. We don't know what time yet but it should be somewhat early in the morning. I'm not looking forward to it but I know it has to be done. He's a strong kid and Primary Children's Hospital is awesome.

Well I just started a job at Kohl's recently (the one at Jordan Landing). I will have to say that I really don't like it there. The managers there are dumb. Anyway, hope everything is well. Here are some random pics of Logan because he is oh so cute!!

Ryan's B Day!

Hi everyone! Ryan's birthday was on the 28th. He's the big 3 1 now!! He had to work all day so we didn't do much until we went to dinner that night. He loves Sizzler!! :) Hope everyone is doing well.
