Success!!

Some of you might have already seen from Facebook that Logan is done with surgery's!! It didn't take quite as long as the doctor was thinking it was going to (he estimated 4 hours when it only took 2 1/2). Logan did great throughout the whole thing. He is such a trooper. I'm so proud of my little man!! Thank you again for keeping Logan in your thoughts and prayers. We really appreciate it!

Surgery

Well it's surgery day and of course I can't sleep. It's about 4 in the morning and I'm slightly stressing because I'm hoping this is it. I don't think I can take anymore surgerys. Sure I'm not the one going through them but then again, I am mentally. We check in at Primary Childrens at 11:30 this morning. Hopefully the two kids that are before him are on time so he can get in at a decent time. I'm really not expecting to get home until around 8 tonight so I'm not sure when I will update this. As soon as I can, I will. :) Please keep Logan in your thoughts and prayers. Love you all!

2 more weeks....

We have just under 2 weeks until my little man's surgery. Wish him luck and pray that this will be the last one! I know he is the one going through this, but I don't think I could handle him going through anymore surgeries! Ugh!

My tiny little boy

We took Logan into the doc to see if he has gained any weight since we started him on this medicine to increase his appetite. He did gain 2 pounds. My 21 almost 22 month old is up to 18 lbs. 9 oz. The doctor FINALLY realizes that his body would rather grow taller then gain weight (his doc had been giving me crap for quite sometime about him not gaining weight. Like I can force him to eat). For being born a premmie, Logan is taller then what he is supposed to be. He's around 32 inches tall. My little man can finally fit into his size 12 month footy pj's! He still can't fit into any size 12 month pants; they are just too big around for his skinny butt! I love him!!

5 years!

Ryan and I have officially been married for 5 years now. So much has happened in the past 5 years. Mostly good, some bad. We bought a house, have a wonderful and crazy almost 2 year old and we lost Ryan's dad 2 1/2 years ago. It's still weird to think that 5 years have gone by already. Time does fly....
